Artist in residence is a long standing tradition for Idalia schools and we are happy to welcome back Birgitta De Pree.
Birgitta is the director of the Millibo Art Theatre in ColoradoSprings.
The goal of the artist in residence program is to engage students in dramatic explorations of curriculum. The upper grades are currently focusing on the language and poetry of Shakespeare while the lower grades are focusing on ways to develop and grow stories.
